Please note that a cancellation of your order prior to shipping will result in a $40 restocking fee. Any returns of the product after the product was shipped will result in a forfeiture of the shipping charges, and you will be refunded ONLY for the cost of the box minus the cost of shipping. If UPS continuously attempts to deliver the product, the client does not receive the product from UPS, and the product is sent back to HARRISWORKS from UPS, the additional shipping charges for the return will be charged to the client. Therefore, please be sure to correctly enter all address information and please be available to receive the product. PO box addresses will not be accepted as places of delivery for your CATBOX™.
